Keir Hart

I have been in product development for over 18 years, with all but 5 of those being in the medical device industry. During that time, I worked on a variety of devices from handheld electrosurgical products and semi-autonomous robots to automated monitoring products. I have worked for large companies like Covidien and BD, as well as some very small companies. When I am not running things at FPD, I am often running on the trails or running after my two girls!

Russ Hempstead

I have worked in medical device design and manufacturing for over 30 years as everything from an individual contributor to a GM. I have worked in a wide range medical markets including non-invasive diagnostics, surgical instruments, navigation, robotics, respiratory, cranial, spine, ENT, and interventional cardiac and structural heart applications. Most of my career has been spent with startups or engineering services organizations, but I also spent some time wandering the halls of Terumo, Medtronic, Respironics, and Covidien. If I’m not in the office, you can probably find me on our small family farm taking care of a small menagerie of critters.
